Beginning in 2011, all annual and quarterly data will be updated in the Goals & Progress section of this website going forward. As a result, you will no longer find PDFs of CSR reports here. Instead, you can build a customized report, based on your own interests and including quarterly and/or annual results, using our Report Builder.
Note to stakeholders:, At the end of each year we conduct a final review and replace estimations and/or outdated data with year-end corrections. Any change in previously disclosed annual data is the result of this clean-up. Our final and most accurate accounting of data is available in the Goals & Progress section, which may differ from archived PDF reports here.
